I will be sharing the fitness and mental health tips I’ve learned throughout the years. My fitness journey began about four years ago when I joined my first gym. I started out terrified of the weight room and sticking only to the cardio machines.

In college I discovered weight lifting and became obsessed. I’m still in the beginning stages of my journey and have a ton of progress I’d like to make. Hopefully you can join me on the journey and we can grow together.

This site includes fitness and psychology topics. There’s so much information out there that anyone can educate themselves for free online. The trouble comes when actually applying that knowledge to your everyday life. I ask a lot of questions to help you analyze your own habits to start making the changes you need.

I suggest journaling the answers to some of these questions or coming up with your own questions to dig deeper to begin to make the transformations you want to see.
