I will be sharing the fitness and mental health tips I’ve learned throughout the years. My fitness journey began about six years ago when I joined my first gym. I started out terrified of the weight room and sticking only to the cardio machines.
In college I discovered weight lifting and became obsessed. I still have a ton of progress I’d like to make.
There’s so much information out there that anyone can educate themselves for free online. The trouble comes when actually applying that knowledge to your everyday life.
I love asking questions and journaling to dig deeper to begin to make the transformations I want to see.
